For the best results, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly the length of a grain of rice. That usually means two to three weeks of growth after your last shave. If it is too short to grip, we would rather reschedule than give you a partial result.

Yes. You are welcome to book intimate services during your cycle as long as you wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. Skin can feel a little more sensitive during this time, so if you prefer to reschedule that is always fine.
